Appointment & Cancellation Policy

Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you.

We kindly require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Once online deposits are active, late cancellations will result in forfeiture of the deposit.

No-Show Policy

Clients who do not attend their scheduled appointment without notice will be charged 100% of the service fee.

Future bookings may require full prepayment.

We understand that emergencies happen. Please contact us as soon as possible if something unexpected arises.

Late Arrival Policy

If you arrive late to your appointment, your service time may be shortened to avoid delaying the next client.

If you arrive more than 10-15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled.

Full service fees may still apply.

Refund Policy

Due to the personal and hygienic nature of body sugaring services, all services are non-refundable once completed.

If you have any concerns regarding your service, please notify us within 24 hours so we can address them appropriately.

Client satisfaction is important to us, and we are happy to discuss any questions.

Health & Safety Policy

For your safety and best results:

• Please inform us of any medications (such as Accutane, Retin-A, or topical retinoids)

• Inform us of recent skin treatments (chemical peels, laser, etc.)

• Do not book if you have open wounds, sunburn, or active skin infections in the treatment area.

We reserve the right to refuse service if a condition is present that may compromise safety.

Payment Policy

Payment is due at the end of every service.

Once online deposits are enabled, a non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your appointment.

Accepted payment methods will be listed at checkout.

Privacy Policy

Personal information collected through booking or contact forms (such as your name, email address, and phone number) is used solely for appointment scheduling and client communication.

We do not sell, trade, or share your personal information.

Payment processing is handled securely through third-party providers.

Right to Refuse Service

Soft & Smooth Sugaring Ltd. reserves the right to refuse service to anyone displaying inappropriate behaviour or violating policies.
